Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping within South Africa We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–2 business days
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain amount. Please check our store for current promotions.
Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
Damaged or Lost Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Public Holidays Please note that orders will not be processed or shipped on South African public holidays. This may cause slight delays during peak periods.
