RETURN & REFUND POLICY – Nuakh Hair
At Nuakh Hair, we take pride in providing high-quality hair products. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are subject to the terms below.
Returns & Refunds
Customers must inspect their order upon delivery. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, you must contact Nuakh Hair within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing nuakhhair.sa@gmail.com and providing clear photographs of the issue.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, wigs, hair extensions, bundles, lace products, closures, frontals, and hair care products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once they have been opened, worn, tried on, installed, brushed, combed, washed, cut, colored, styled, or otherwise altered.
Only products that are received in their original condition, unused, unworn, unopened, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging may be considered for return. Any return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and is subject to approval by Nuakh Hair.
Unauthorized Returns
Items returned without prior approval from Nuakh Hair will not be accepted and may be returned to the sender at the customer's expense.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only considered for approved claims involving incorrect, damaged, or defective products. Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
• Wigs that have been worn, tried on, installed, customized, cut, colored, washed, styled, or altered in any way.
• Hair bundles, closures, frontals, extensions, and lace products that have been opened, used, or altered.
• Hair care products that have been opened or used.
• Sale items, clearance items, promotional items, gift cards, custom orders, and personalized products.
Refund Approval
If a return is approved, Nuakh Hair will inspect the product upon receipt. If the item meets our return requirements, a refund, store credit, replacement, or exchange may be issued at our discretion.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Nuakh Hair or a confirmed defective product.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed in writing by Nuakh Hair.
